SCOPE OF WORKS

To assist Facility Manager in operational and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works and ensure adherence to the safety procedures and regulations in accordance to Akta Bekalan Letrik 1990 and Peraturan-Peraturan Elektrik 1994.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for planning, supervising and managing electrical maintenance works including temporary electrical installation work and standby services at official ceremony ceremonies.

2. Responsible for identifying, detecting damages, repairs, inspecting / testing electrical equipment and components to be maintained in good condition and safe.

3. Record, store records and maintain an electrical maintenance record.

4. Ensure all maintenance activities are well documented using forms and log books.

5. Assist in carrying out inspection / inspectorate works, preparation of reports and analysis on electrical installations.

6. Competent to perform / operate the work and operation of low and high voltage electric systems including standby power.

7. Responsible for ensuring and guiding and training the subordinates in performing the duties in accordance with the proper technical practice and the rules in force.

8. Inspecting the Mechanical and Electrical systems before and after maintenance work is carried out.

9. Conduct regular checks on areas and facilities and provide inspection reports to Facility Manager.

10. To supervise sub-contractors during renovation work, renovations, upgrades and ensuring that the work is done in accordance with the plan approved by the authorities.

11. Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports related to Mechanical and Electrical works to be submitted to Perbadanan Putrajaya.

12. Responsible as an assistant / substitute to the Facility Manager if the Facilities Manager is on leave / not on site.

13. Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

14. Perform other relevant tasks in accordance with the instructions from time to time.

15. To check, service, clean and make sure all pump room in good condition inclusive all pump control panels, relays, indicator lamps, selector switches, board panels, pressure tank, gate valve, piping bracket, pumpset etc. 0.75KW Pump.

JOB QUALIFICATION

REQUIREMENT : Certificate of Chargeman (Sijil Kekompetenan Penjaga Jentera) Category A1/A4/BO with minimum 3 years of experiences in similar post.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
