Description and Requirements
Own and manage sustaining programs for Tier 1 customers, ensuring on-time execution and issue resolution post MP.
Lead cross-functional teams (EE, ME, BIOS, BMC, Validation, MFG, Supply Chain) to drive resolution of customer-reported issues (quality, compatibility, firmware, hardware, etc.).
Manage change requests including ECs, BOM updates, firmware/hardware revisions, and validation plans.
Collaborate with global teams across the U.S., Taiwan, and manufacturing sites to align on sustaining priorities and execution.
Track and report key program KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans to internal and customer stakeholders.
Work closely with product managers, system leads, and engineering teams to provide timely updates and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Coordinate and monitor field returns (FRU/FA), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
Support cost-reduction initiatives, alternate sourcing, and service-level improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
