Responsibilities:
Define and agree on business plans with superior, align business plans and support strategies with customers

Ensure accurate sales forecasting to meet sales objectives and customers promotional requirements

Develop and maintain good relationship with Key Account Chains at all levels

Maximize instore brand visibility, distribution, merchandising and planogram enhancement

Conduct sales analysis, business review and customer presentation that supports trade promotion or consumer promotion effectiveness in order to ensure the attainment of sales objectives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

3 - 5 years FMCG Key Account / Department Store / General Trade sales experience

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with analytical mind

Strong negotiation and communication skills with positive mindset

Result Oriented & self-motivating

Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Manager
