Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multi-Media Designer with expertise in illustration, photography, video production, and graphic design to join our growing team. This role involves creating and producing diverse multimedia content that blends visual design, animation, illustration, and interactive elements to deliver impactful creative solutions for various platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in illustration and storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize, execute, and deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Illustration & Character Design:

Create original illustrations, including character designs, icons, and creative assets, for branding, animation, and campaigns.

Develop unique visual elements and adapt them for digital, print, and motion media.

Photography & Video Shooting:

Plan and execute professional photography and video shoots, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and promotional videos. Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture highquality images and video content.

Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure the visual direction meets brand and project requirements

Video Editing & Animation:

Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos, adding special eKects, motion graphics, and sound design. Create 2D or 3D animations for promotional materials, social media, or educational content. Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.

Graphic Design:

Design a wide range of creative assets, such as posters, banners, advertisements, and branding materials for print and digital use. Develop visually consistent and engaging layouts that align with the brand’s identity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After EKects, or similar.
• Experience with animation production, including 2D and 3D animation (e.g., Blender, Toon Boom, or Maya, is a plus).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with the target audience.
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma holder in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustration, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
