We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a project team responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications. The role will involve hands-on development across frontend and backend components, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications and supporting services.
• Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, scripts, and system interfaces using .NET, C#, and Python.
• Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React and/or Angular.
• Design and implement database integrations using SQL.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Spec Kit, or equivalent throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply effective AI-assisted coding practices, including prompting, testing, code review, validation, and governance.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical implementation planning.
• Develop solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage application integrations, including API, scripting, and SFTP-based interfaces.
• Support application deployment and environment configuration across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Support UAT preparation, including parameter configuration and data validation.
• Perform system validation, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution during go-live.
• Provide post-deployment stabilisation and production support.
• Manage source code repositories using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps, including branching strategies, code versioning, pull requests, and release control.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
• Work with Azure services and security components including Entra ID, Managed Identity, and Key Vault.
• Apply secure development practices, including OWASP principles, secrets management, and dependency hygiene.
• Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development, security, and audit standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer of developed solutions.
• Work with Docker, Docker Compose, and container debugging where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on development experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience with Python development or scripting.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Spec Kit, or similar.
• Understanding of effective AI-assisted software development practices, including prompting, testing, reviewing generated code, and appropriate governance.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and modern software development workflows.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments; familiarity with Azure GCC would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Managed Identity, and Azure Key Vault.
• Good understanding of secure software development practices, including OWASP, secrets management, and dependency security.
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and container troubleshooting would be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
