Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) - Indonesian to work on a full-time basis. You will evaluate a new personalization feature for a cutting-edge AI model by assessing how well it uses information from past interactions to make responses more relevant and helpful. This role requires a mix of creativity and analytical rigor to design prompts and assess personalized responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the quality of AI model responses by assessing dimensions like grounding, integration, and helpfulness.

• Design creative, multi-turn prompts based on personal context to thoroughly test the model’s capabilities.

• Identify incorrect personalization, poor inferences, and forced connections in model outputs.

• Use your primary personal Google account (not a testing account) and enable personal data sources for genuine assessment.

• Work within a global, 24-hour operations team with full-time availability in your local time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in Indonesian with a high degree of competence.

• Experience in evaluating nuanced and ambiguous AI responses, particularly in personalization quality.

• Strong analytical thinking to assess model responses for correctness and relevance.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and multi-turn conversational testing.

• Meticulous attention to detail to review side-by-side model responses and identify discrepancies.
