• Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system, performing regular audits and updates.
• Generate and analyse CRM reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, support, or related business systems roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Knowledge of CRM reporting, data management, and data quality best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
