Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Software Development Leads / Senior Tech Leads to join a technology and digital solutions team supporting enterprise platforms across Billing, CRM, Customer Web Portal, Omnichannel, and AI Chatbot/Voicebot solutions.

The role will involve leading technical design, software development, system integration, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery across one or more of the following technology areas:

Position 1: Python + Angular

Position 2: Angular + SuiteCRM/SymphonyCRM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
• Lead and mentor Senior Developers and Developers through technical coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Own sprint backlogs, including task breakdown, estimation, prioritisation, and delivery commitments.
• Design and implement REST APIs, service contracts, integrations, and secure data exchange.
• Develop and maintain Angular-based frontend applications and reusable components.
• Collaborate with BA, API Gateway, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams to deliver project milestones.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and quality requirements.
• Participate in integration testing, defect resolution, technical reviews, and go-live activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, including API specifications, database schemas, architecture documentation, and deployment runbooks.
• Support technical handover and knowledge transfer to the client's IT team.

Position 1: Python + Angular

• Python development using Django REST Framework or FastAPI
• Microservices architecture and asynchronous processing
• Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, component architecture, and state management
• REST API and microservices integration
• Billing, financial, or revenue management platforms
• AI/NLP chatbot or voicebot integration
• MariaDB, ClickHouse, or equivalent databases
• RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• DevSecOps, automated testing, and secure coding practices

Position 2: Angular + SuiteCRM/SymphonyCRM

• Expert-level Angular v12+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material
• SuiteCRM/SymphonyCRM customisation
• PHP customisation, CRM modules, Studio, and Workflow
• CRM and Customer Web Portal development
• REST API integration and API security
• OAuth2/JWT authentication
• HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design
• Git-based version control
• Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions and Docker
• MariaDB/MySQL database design and query optimisation
• CRM/customer portal implementation within utilities, telco, government, or other enterprise environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a Development Lead or Senior Tech Lead role.
• Strong experience leading development teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong technical design, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and modern software development practices is an advantage.
