Role Overview:

As an SAP PP / QM Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality management processes. You will work closely with business users, manufacturing operations, quality teams, and offshore SAP delivery teams to ensure stable system operations and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP manufacturing and quality management issues and provide effective solutions to resolve business-critical problems.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Configure SAP PP and QM processes in line with business requirements and project standards.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional SAP teams for issue resolution, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Support business process improvements across manufacturing planning, shop floor operations, quality inspection, and quality reporting processes.
• Participate in system enhancements, change requests, release activities, and deployment validation.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer, user guidance, and operational documentation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, process effectiveness, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments.
• Experience in SAP configuration, support, troubleshooting, and functional analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning, production execution, MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production orders, and quality inspection processes.
• Experience in functional design, testing, and deployment support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and project environment.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SAP Project System (PS) integration with manufacturing processes.
• Experience in manufacturing transformation, process harmonization, or SAP rollout projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured application support processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• SAP PP and/or SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or process manufacturing industries is beneficial.
