About the Role

We're looking for a Guest Relations Officer (Host) who is passionate about people, thrives in a luxury environment, and understands that every guest interaction matters.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and table allocations efficiently.
• Coordinate guest arrivals with the Maître d' and service team.
• Personalise the dining experience by recognising guest preferences and special occasions.
• Handle enquiries, reservations, and guest feedback professionally.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain exceptional presentation of the reception area and uphold restaurant service standards.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
• Communicates confidently in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Has experience in restaurants, hotels, or luxury hospitality (preferred but not essential).
