Field Service Manager — Reporting to Service Delivery Director, EUC

Manages a team of field service professionals, driving service delivery excellence, SLA/KPI compliance, and customer satisfaction. Covers team leadership and performance management, customer relationship management, stock/asset audits, resource planning, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years managing complex projects/operations in the high-tech industry, with customer support and field engineering background
• Cross-functional team leadership experience; willing to travel up to 50%
• Strong understanding of field service delivery, asset/inventory management, and customer service processes
