We’re looking for a Digital Media Optimizer to help maximize the performance of our digital channels through data-driven content planning, campaign execution, and continuous optimization.

You’ll work closely with Brand, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to turn consumer insights and digital performance data into impactful content and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Develop weekly and monthly content plans and calendars across digital channels.
• Ensure digital content is aligned with brand campaigns, objectives, and communication strategies.
• Plan and execute digital activities across social media, SEO, CRM, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use analytics and social listening tools to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness.
• Translate performance data and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platform developments, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver engaging and effective digital content.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, content, media, or a related field. Internship and experience from other industries are welcome.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content fundamentals.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for engaging content.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of visual and digital content.
• Comfortable working with digital analytics and performance data.
