Job Description

As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organisation.
• Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and analysing financial performance to support decision-making.
• Managing cash flow, financial risks, and capital planning strategies.
• Supervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.
• Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
• Experience in financial management within a manufacturing background.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What's on Offer

• Annual salary between HKD 800,000 and HKD 960,000.
• 14 days of annual leave per year.
• Permanent position in Hong Kong.
