Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator & Social Media Executive role based in Singapore. The role involves planning, producing, and publishing digital content for social media channels and other online platforms, aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and creating visual and written content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on analytics. The Content Creator & Social Media Executive will engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and support campaigns and promotions in collaboration with marketing and design teams. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously refine content strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation, including writing, visual storytelling, and design for social media and digital platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Shopify), including planning calendars, posting, and community engagement.
• Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and adjust content strategies for better results.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
• Proficiency with common content and design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.
