Project Engineer - Full time

Location: Project site based (KL /Selangor)

Industry: Construction

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 10,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and attend daily toolbox talks and site coordination meetings
• Assist Project Manager / Construction Manager in preparing progress reports, site memos, and meeting minutes
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and schedules
• Coordinate and monitor work programmes and project milestones
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site matters
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO documentation
• Review construction drawings and raise technical queries
• Prepare and coordinate technical submissions (method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, as-builts)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Experience in warehouse, factory, or data centre construction – added advantage
• Experience managing different construction trades, subcontractors, supervisors, and engineers – preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project / Primavera P6, and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and be stationed at project site

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
