Site Engineer - Full time

Location: Project site – KL/Selangor

Industry: Construction

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 7,500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily toolbox talks, site coordination, and safety committee meetings
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction progress
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate and resolve site matters with subcontractors, consultants, and workers
• Conduct site inspections with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Implement and monitor quality control and HSE requirements
• Review construction drawings and issue technical queries
• Prepare technical submissions (method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, as-builts)
• Prepare daily progress reports and update construction progress schedules
• Assist in QMS and ISO documentation control and tracking
• Assist in site work verification for progress claims

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• With up to 5 years of experience are welcome
• Willing to travel and be stationed at project site
• Willing to work night shifts when required by project operational needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
