Job Description

• Lead the build-out of real-time tick data pipelines, signal engines, and order analytics
• Design scalable KDB+/q architecture across RDB/HDB, memory optimization, and distributed compute
• Partner with traders, quants, and dev teams across regions to deliver mission-critical infrastructure
• Guide a team of q engineers, driving best practices in coding, testing, and performance tuning
• Push the boundaries on latency, throughput, and data fidelity in high-frequency environment

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of deep KDB+/q engineering experience (tick capture, schema design, analytics pipelines)
• Strong background in equities trading systems, market data models, and exchange protocols
• Experience leading delivery of low-latency, high-availability production systems
• Proven leadership in hands-on development, architecture, and mentoring
