• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, CCTV, access control, and other IT equipment.

• Monitor network performance and ensure system security.

• Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures.

• Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices.

• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support or system administration.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office 365.

• Experience with CCTV, access control, and security systems is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and network troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Possess own transportation.
