Project Duration: Approximately 2–3 years.

Position: Site Supervisor/Coordinator (1 Year Contract)
Coordinate and oversee daily site operations by supervising manpower, resources, site logistics, and construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements. Act as the key liaison between the Project Manager, clients, subcontractors, and site teams, while managing permits, inspections, progress reporting, and project documentation to support smooth site operations and successful project completion.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities within the assigned region in accordance with approved construction drawings, project specifications, schedules, and written instructions from engineers, consultants, or clients.
Monitor construction progress and site activities to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, within the approved budget and project timeline, and in accordance with the required quality standards.
Act as the key liaison between the Project Manager, Site Supervisors, clients' representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, utilities, and site logistics to ensure adequate and timely resources are available to support smooth site operations.
Ensure construction materials and equipment delivered to or stored at site are available, safe, sufficient, and properly managed for project requirements, including arranging collection of materials or items from the Bentong Factory when required by Project Management.
Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to assist in obtaining site access, permits, approvals, and other necessary requirements for project execution.
Monitor and ensure subcontractors and site teams carry out works in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, company policies, and clients' requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, verify project status, identify potential issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Coordinate site inspections, testing, handover activities, and project completion requirements, including preparation of measurements, as-built drawings, and relevant documentation prior to acceptance testing and handover.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site operational issues within the scope of responsibility and escalate critical issues, delays, risks, or deviations to the Project Manager for appropriate action.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and other relevant updates to the Project Manager and Head Office, including information required for project meetings.
Maintain proper and up-to-date site records, project documentation, permits, inspection records, progress reports, and other relevant documents to support effective project monitoring and delivery.
Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with Rohas' standards and clients' requirements, with appropriate attention to quality, safety, cost, and timely project completion.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or Senior Management.

Skills and Knowledge requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on site of site supervision experience.
Experience in civil works, telecom infrastructure, or tower erection is preferred.
Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites throughout Malaysia.
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety compliance requirements.
Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards (OSHA, FMA, CIDB, and other governing acts).
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and management at all levels.
Assertive, responsible, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
