• Oversee and manage the company's daily security operations.

• Supervise security personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor deployment of security officers.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and operational assessments.

• Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

• Prepare operational reports and investigate incidents when required.

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high service quality.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the security industry, with supervisory or management experience.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Knowledge of security operations, manpower planning, and client management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to client sites.
