WE’RE HIRING: CNC ENGINEER

MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing and industrial automation company in Bandar Sri Sendayan.

Position Details

• Location: Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
• Industry: Manufacturing and Industrial Automation
• Position Level: Senior Executive
• Salary: RM3,000–RM5,000
• Working Hours: Normal working hours
• Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program and optimize CNC machining and automated robotic processes.
• Set up and validate CNC machines, robotic systems, tooling, jigs and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot machining, robotic, tooling and process-related problems.
• Monitor cycle time, downtime and production efficiency.
• Support lean manufacturing, process improvement and new product introduction.
• Prepare SOPs, work instructions, process flows and control plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or another related engineering field.
• Experience in CNC machining, automated robotic processes or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, lean manufacturing and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems is an advantage.
