Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.

Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.

Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Conduct supplier assessments and maintain good supplier relationships.

Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards.

Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in procurement within the construction industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to construction procurement.
