We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to become part of our growing financial advisory team.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates, A-Level / Diploma holders, career changers, and individuals from various backgrounds, regardless of prior financial services experience. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to support your development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk preferences, and overall financial circumstances.
• Provide professional financial guidance covering protection planning, savings, investments, and retirement solutions.
• Create customised financial strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Recommend appropriate financial solutions, including insurance plans and investment-linked products.
• Establish and strengthen long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and regular reviews.
• Keep informed of market developments, financial products, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure all financial recommendations are made in accordance with MAS regulations and company guidelines.
• Develop business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum A-Level / Diploma and above (Degree preferred but not required)
• No experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Open to fresh graduates and career switchers
• Candidates with sales, banking, insurance, or client-facing experience are welcome
