• Provide administrative and operational support to the marine team, ensuring accurate maintenance of vessel records, documentation, and departmental files.
• Coordinate vessel-related activities, including inspections, audits, crew or staff visits, travel arrangements, and operational compliance requirements.
• Monitor and maintain marine compliance records, safety documentation, vetting databases, and operational performance reports.
• Liaise with vessel crews, internal departments, authorities, and external stakeholders to support smooth and efficient marine operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in vessel operations, port clearance, tanker operations, or offshore marine activities.
• Knowledge of MPA regulations, port clearance procedures, Marinet, ICA portals, and other relevant maritime regulations.
• Able to board vessels and support operational activities when required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
