• Provide good customer service
• Explain to customers various loan types
• Perform loan disbursement
• Call and chase overdue customers
• Update loan statuses
• Call customers with outstanding payments
• Any other adhoc duties

Requirements

• Independent, meticulous and tough
• Good customer handling skills
• Careful & Good memory
• 5 day work week
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English

This is a job position for a licensed moneylender.
