• Responsible for overall human resource management and daily HR operations.
• Develop and implement recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development plans.
• Responsible for recruitment for engineering, project, administrative, and technical positions.
• Develop recruitment plans based on company and project needs to ensure timely staffing.
• Responsible for employee onboarding, offboarding, job transfers, and personnel data management.
• Manage employee salaries, benefits, leave, attendance, and related HR matters.
• Handle employee relations, labor discipline, and daily employee issues.
• Responsible for matters related to work permits, S passes, and employment passes for expatriate employees.
• Ensure company HR policies comply with Singapore's MOM, Employment Act, and related regulations.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and annual salary adjustments.
• Develop employee training and career development plans.
• Assist management in handling employee relations and HR-related decisions.
• Establish and improve company HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks.
• Prepare HR reports and personnel data to provide HR analysis for management.
• Manage the HR team and supervise daily operations.
• Coordinate staffing and project recruitment needs with project managers.
• Handle other HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: $6,474.92 - $8,507.84 per month
