Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, AP, AR and collections.
• Prepare and monitor company budgets and forecasts.
• Handle manufacturing costing and cost analysis.
• Monitor inventory and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for Management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.
• Improve internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales and Operations on cost control.
• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in full-set accounting.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting and taxation.
• Good Excel and accounting system skills.
• Experience in costing and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
• ACCA / CPA / MIA qualification is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is hands-on, responsible, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with the ability to work closely with Management and the operations team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
