Responsibilities

1. As project lead, manage on-site delivery of data center HVAC equipment – from arrival, installation, commissioning, acceptance to maintenance; coordinate resources for on-time completion.
2. Attend regular site meetings, assist clients in progress review and future planning.
3. Supervise on-site engineers and resident staff to ensure smooth operations.
4. Establish and refine service processes, technical standards, work instructions for on-site delivery and maintenance.
5. Organize regular technical and operational training for contractors and site personnel.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with data center industry and basic site project management.
2. Proven track record of managing well-known data center projects on-site.
3. Fluent in English and local language.
4. Experience with liquid cooling-related projects is a plus.
