Key Responsibilities – Landscape Architect cum Supervisor

• Prepare landscape designs and technical drawings.

• Supervise landscape construction and maintenance works.

• Manage daily site operations, workers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure work quality complies with project specifications and standards.

• Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with safety (OSH) regulations and company procedures.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

• Inspect completed works and resolve site issues promptly.

• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of site personnel.
