About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. If you have a solid foundation in accounting, love working with numbers, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and monthly/annual closing reports.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flows, process bank reconciliations, and handle petty cash management.
• Invoicing & Billing: Oversee timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payment processing.
• Compliance & Audit: Assist with internal/external audits, tax submissions, and ensure adherence to local accounting standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and other departments to support budgeting and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA is a plus).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
