Hello! Interesed to join our catering team and gain hands-on experience in kitchen preparation, order fulfilment and event support? No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.



Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation, portioning and plating.
Pack and label catering orders accurately.
Prepare utensils, condiments and equipment for delivery.
Support catering event setup and breakdown when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Assist with stock arrangement and other kitchen duties assigned.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a kitchen and fast-paced environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and carry catering supplies safely.
Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Prior F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
Training will be provided.
Must be able to commit min. 20 hours per week (over 4 days) & a min. commitment of 6 months.
