Responsibilities

1. Promote VRF products in the region, targeting residential renovation and small-to-medium commercial projects; achieve sales quotas.
2. Develop and manage a network of dealers, design institutes, and interior design partners.
3. Assist customers with product selection, system design, and technical discussions to secure project signings.
4. Oversee order execution and payment collection, coordinating internal resources for on-time delivery.
5. Track market trends and competitor activities; create and execute personal sales plans.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. 1–3 years of experience in central AC or VRF sales; channel resources preferred.
3. Familiar with VRF applications and customer needs, with good communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
5. Fluent in English or local language.
