We are looking for a responsible and motivated Affiliate Executive to support and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate network.

Job Responsibilities

• Search for and recruit suitable TikTok creators and affiliates to promote company products.
• Contact, communicate and build good relationships with creators and affiliates.
• Brief creators on company products, promotion guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Arrange and manage product samples for approved creators.
• Follow up with creators on video content, live promotions and posting deadlines.
• Track affiliate activities, content performance and sales progress.
• Maintain accurate records for creators, samples, content and affiliate sales.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly affiliate reports.
• Assist in improving affiliate activity, content output and overall sales performance.
• Ensure creators follow company guidelines and provide correct product information.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business, Administration or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating and following up with creators through WhatsApp, TikTok and other communication channels.
• Basic knowledge or interest in TikTok, social media and e-commerce.
• Able to organize information and maintain accurate records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good follow-up skills and able to complete tasks according to deadlines.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media or e-commerce is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
