Senior Interior Designer (5+ Years Experience)

About X Stones

X Stones is a leading supplier of premium stone, mosaic, and wall panel products. We collaborate with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and homeowners to deliver exceptional residential and commercial projects.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design

·        Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

·        Prepare mood boards, space planning, material selections, and design presentations.

·        Recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and product applications.

Technical Documentation

·        Prepare construction drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, joinery details, shop drawings, and tender drawings.

·        Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards.

3D Visualization

·        Create accurate 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.

·        Prepare presentation materials for clients.

Project Management

·        Manage projects independently from concept to completion.

·        Conduct client meetings and design presentations.

·        Monitor project timelines, progress, and quality.

Site Coordination

·        Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

·        Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site design or technical issues.

Material Specification

·        Select and specify suitable stone, mosaic, wall panel products, finishes, and architectural materials.

·        Ensure material selections align with project budgets, design objectives, and client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications

·        Minimum 5 years of interior design experience.

·        Strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

·        Proven ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.

·        Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

·        Experience with stone, mosaic, and wall panel products is highly preferred.

Software Proficiency

·        AutoCAD

·        SketchUp

·        3ds Max

·        Enscape

·        V-Ray

·        Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge & Skills

·        Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, tender documentation, and interior materials.

·        Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.

·        Able to work independently while managing multiple projects.

·        Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

·        Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
