Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and arranging stock.
• Prepare and check goods for daily deliveries.
• Support inventory organisation and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Generate Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and other simple documents.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and filing.
• Support container unloading when required.
• Accompany the delivery driver when additional manpower is needed (e.g. driver on leave or busy delivery days).
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
• Able to carry cartons and assist with physical work when required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Experience in warehouse or admin work is an advantage.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage, but not required.
