Role Mission
Own the functional design, optimisation, and adoption of the organisation's HR/People Systems to enable effective workforce management, compliant HR operations, and a strong employee experience. Act as the functional bridge between HR, IT, and vendors, translating HR strategy and business needs into process design, system requirements, and adoption outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design for HR systems processes across core HR, recruitment, performance, rewards, learning, and workforce administration
- Translate HR business needs, policies, and operating models into functional requirements and process flows
- Define and maintain end-to-end HR process standards across business units
- Partner with HR stakeholders to simplify and harmonise processes before system enablement
- Work with IT and vendors to ensure system configuration reflects business outcomes, not technical convenience
- Define functional acceptance criteria and support UAT
- Drive change governance — impact assessment, prioritisation, release readiness
- Support HR change management and adoption efforts
- Monitor process performance and user feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or HRIS/People Systems functional roles
- Strong hands-on experience designing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Functional/business-side experience with enterprise HR platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
