Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Service Team
- Engineer deployment
- Technical mentorship
- Set daily tasks and work schedules
- Hire, train and coach service staff
- Build a strong and motivated team
- Makeservice rules and standard processes.
- Setand track Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage Service’s spare parts inventory
- Documentation control and implementation
- Enforce Safety and EHS requirements
- Watchdepartment costs and manage budgets.
- Reporttool and/or repair failures to respective party to improve service quality
- HandleTechnical escalations
- Minimum Certificate: ITE, Diploma or degree in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, provide technical support, and troubleshoot equipment issues based on customer feedback.
- Willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with all cleanroom protocols and safety requirements.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas for training and customer support when required.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are available to commence work immediately will be preferred.
