About Us

Ecolah Pte. Ltd. is a growing importer and distributor of premium Spanish food products in Singapore. We work with leading supermarkets, specialty retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food service partners, bringing high-quality products from Spain to the Singapore market.

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrative & Customer Support Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for candidates with an administrative or customer service background who are looking to develop a career in international logistics, international trade, wholesale distribution and business operations. No previous logistics experience is required, as structured on-the-job training will be provided.

Candidates eligible for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you will do

Customer Service & Order Management

• Process customer orders accurately from order confirmation to delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability and enquiries.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics partners.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.

Administration & Business Support

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and operational documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, inventory and operational records.
• Update internal systems, spreadsheets and reports.
• Support basic accounting and general administrative duties.
• Assist with daily office administration and business support activities.

International Logistics & Trade

• Learn how international shipments are coordinated from overseas suppliers to local customers.
• Support import documentation, shipping paperwork and customs-related documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Gain hands-on experience in inventory management, wholesale operations and international trade.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflow efficiency.

What we're looking for

• ITE Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) eligible for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP).
• Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, order processing or office administration will be an advantage.
• Candidates from different backgrounds who are interested in developing a career in logistics, international trade and wholesale operations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
