Job Summary

A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all technical and engineering tasks of assigned projects to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Develop and execute project work plans, adjusting as needed to address changing requirements
• Collaborate with clients to interpret their needs and represent client interests on-site
• Oversee, guide, and delegate daily project tasks to the project team to ensure efficient progress
• Prepare and manage all safety documentation including Method of Procedure, Safe Work Procedure, Risk Assessment, and Permit to Work to ensure compliance
• Review and maintain project documentation with customers, contractors, and authorities to secure final project acceptance
• Monitor project targets at each phase to ensure adherence to budget and schedule constraints
• Align allocated resources with business objectives to optimize project outcomes
• Evaluate project results with management upon completion and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• BCSS / CSCPM / Bizsafe Level 2 certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to travel and be site-based for project assignments
• Strong analytical, planning, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a collaborative team player
