AV Resource Executive (12-Month Contract)

Contract: 1 Nov 2026 – 31 Oct 2027
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Public Holidays

Requirements

• Relevant certification in Audio, Video, Media Production or related field
• At least 1 year of experience with AV equipment
• At least 1 year of experience supporting live broadcasting events
• School environment experience is an advantage
• ️ Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PA & AV equipment, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination
• Provide AV support for assemblies, examinations, staff training and school events
• Support live streaming (e.g. YouTube Live, Facebook Live)
• Train students on AV systems and live event broadcasting
• Maintain AV inventory and assist with procurement
• Provide basic video editing and ICT support
• Support occasional after-office-hours or weekend events
