岗位职责

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems, including motors, fans, and thermostats
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations related to HVAC systems and refrigerant handling
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed in a service management system
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on customer needs and industry trends
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE
  • Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems.
  • Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.
  • Timely completion of work orders.
