Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate application releases using Aldon, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
• Oversee UOB release management activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, and production implementation.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery.
• Monitor release risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with UOB change management, security, and audit requirements.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in release management and DevOps practices.
