Customer Service Executive

AGIS Medical Supplies Pte Ltd, we import and distribute medical equipment including motorised wheelchair, mobility scooter, hospital bed and home nursing equipment. We are looking for service oriented candidate with a caring heart to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

• To mend the phone for incoming service call and general enquiry.
• Scheduling servicing and repair appointment for customer.
• Laise with warehouse staff to coordinate timing order fulfilment.
• General admin works.

Requirements

·      ITE,Nitec, N/O level.

·      Basic MSOffice skills

·      Good communication skill and attention to detail.

·      Some working experience in admin work and customer service will be an advantage.

·      Handle confidential information with integrity.
