Job Description:

• Role : Java Technical Project Manager
• Overall 10+ years IT working experience is required.
• 8+ years into Java, API working experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, API, Microservices design and development end-to-end
• Must have skills in megascale project involving multiple sub projects and each having different applications and budget involved.
• Working experience in managing technical project end-to-end independently.
• Experience leading technical teams or managing software development projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and enterprise application development.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Have developed and maintained project management tracker which can be a running dashboard and can be updated always to get the latest status.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Managing technical Java projects end-to-end
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs using modern Java frameworks.
• Contribute to application architecture, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Implement secure coding practices and application security controls.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and development activities for strategic initiatives.
