We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. 
• Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude. 
• Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment. 
• Communicates confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage). 
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. 
• Is responsible, proactive and willing to learn. 
• Works well independently as well as in a team.

Job Description

Deliver an Outstanding Student Experience

• Welcome students, visitors and guests with a warm and professional attitude. 
• Register students upon arrival and assist with check-in. 
• Answer walk-in, phone and WhatsApp enquiries. 
• Assist students with course schedules, classroom locations and general information. 
• Process course registrations and payments. 
• Ensure every student enjoys a smooth and positive learning experience. 

Front Desk & Reception

• Manage the reception and front desk throughout the day. 
• Open and close the training centre. 
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area. 
• Receive visitors, deliveries and courier services. 
• Prepare classrooms and training facilities before courses begin. 
• Ensure classrooms and common areas are ready for students. 

Support Course Operations

• Prepare learning materials before classes. 
• Take attendance and support student registration. 
• Assist educators during training sessions when required. 
• Help students with Wi-Fi access, learning materials and basic classroom enquiries. 
• Coordinate simple logistics to ensure courses run smoothly. 

Customer Service & Administration

• Follow up with students regarding upcoming courses and reminders. 
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance. 
• Support basic administrative tasks including filing and documentation. 
• Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
