Hong Lim Curry Puff (HLCP) is a traditional handmade curry puff brand known for its authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and daily hot-fried puffs. Our 85 Redhill Market & Food Center outlet serves neighbourhood customers with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and friendly service.
Position: Hawker Stall Assistant
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Preparation & Cooking
Frying of curry puffs according to HLCP’s standard recipe and timing
Ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and hygiene
2. Customer Service
Serving customers promptly and politely
Managing customer enquiries professionally
3. Cashiering Duties
Handling cash and POS transactions accurately
Maintaining proper cash management
4. Stall Upkeep & Maintenance
Cleaning of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Opening/closing cleaning duties
Ensuring proper housekeeping and food hygiene practices
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitoring daily stock levels
Coordinating ordering and replenishment
Maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Working Hours & Benefits
Working Hours: 8am to 2pm (morning shift), 2pm to 8pm (afternoon shift)
Work Days: 6 days per week (weekday off)
Salary: $10 to $12 per hour.
