Job Summary

Kick-start or advance your career in the property valuation industry! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, performing market research, and supporting professional valuation assignments for a diverse range of properties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable industry exposure while working alongside experienced Registered Valuers in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and special-purpose properties to collect relevant property information.
• Carry out market research and analyse comparable sales, rental evidence, and market trends to support valuation assessments.
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with professional standards, company policies, and client requirements.
• Assist Registered Valuers in managing valuation assignments from site inspection through to report completion.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, government agencies, property owners, developers, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Verify property details, land records, planning information, and other supporting documents required for valuation purposes.
• Ensure valuation reports are completed accurately and submitted within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all valuation assignments.
• Keep up to date with property market developments, valuation practices, and relevant legislation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Valuation, Property Management, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in property valuation will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of the Malaysian property market and valuation principles is an advantage.
• Good analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence and own transport for site inspections.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
