The Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of telecom network rollout and infrastructure deployment projects. The role ensures that site implementation activities, including installation, fiber build, and network deployment, are executed efficiently and in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Implementation Manager works closely with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth site deployment, proper documentation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

1. Project Coordination

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of rollout milestones.
• Coordinate implementation activities between internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

2. Site Deployment Oversight

• Monitor site deployment and installation progress across rollout sites.
• Conduct site visits and technical verification when required to ensure quality of work.

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as coordination point between project managers, field teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-up on project deliverables.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards to monitor progress, risks, and issues.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, site progress, and deployment activities.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the project manager for resolution.

6. Logistics & Resource Support

• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for site implementation.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure proper documentation of site deployment works.

7. Quality & Acceptance

• Conduct site inspections to ensure implementation meets technical specifications.
• Support project closure activities including site acceptance and documentation completion.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in telecom rollout, network deployment, or infrastructure implementation.
• Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, or infrastructure service providers is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
