Position: Junior Account Executive

Salary Range: RM 2,300 - RM 2,500

Working Days: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

Location: Subang Jaya

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Finance
• Fresh graduates / 1 & 2 years experience in accounting.
• Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Office.

Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices in ERP system against purchase order and ensure goods or services have been received before issuing payment to vendors.
• Prepare payment voucher.
• Prepare payment voucher listing for bank reconciliation.
• Prepare creditors ageing list report.
• Update payment to supplier in ERP system (Set-off).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
