The Opportunity

The role may involve operations across F&B, spa, or salon outlets, depending on business requirements and your suitability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in structured training to understand daily business and outlet operations.
• Support day-to-day operations of F&B, spa, or salon outlets.
• Assist outlet managers and team leaders in ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Learn and maintain service, operational, cleanliness, and customer experience standards.
• Assist with shift operations, team coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers and respond to their needs professionally.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Gain exposure to different departments through rotational assignments where applicable.
• Work closely with senior team members and learn the skills required for future management positions.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects based on business needs and individual capabilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
